良い枕と安眠の関係

体を支える骨盤ですが、起きている間に上半身の重みで正常な組み合わせがゆがんでしまいます。寝ている間も同じで、力のかかり具合が良くないと歪んだままになってしまいます。

一番良くないのがうつ伏せのまま寝てしまう事です。

ですが、寝ている間にも起きている時と同じように一箇所が圧迫され続けないように自然に体は姿勢を変えてくれます。これが、寝返りです。良い寝具は寝返りの邪魔をせずサポートしてくれますが、これはマットレスだけではなく枕にも言える事です。

同じ姿勢でずっといると、肩こり、首の痛みという形で表れます。
低反発枕が人気ですが、体の形に合わせて枕の形が変わり、頭を固定しすぎる点が問題です。

固すぎず柔らかすぎず、頭を動かそうとしたらナチュラルにサポートしてくれるのが良い枕だと言えるでしょう。
